Gas shortage at Pilipinas Shell

I pity Pilipinas Shell.  The shot above was taken at their gas station at Magallanes.  I wanted plain unleaded gas but I had to settle for the more expensive V-Power.  41% of their gas stations have temporary closed and other Shell gas stations have been experiencing shortage, all brought about by the shutdown of the First Philippine Industrial Corporation (FPIC) pipeline after it was found to be the source of the gas leakage that affected the West Tower condominium at Makati.
